Terms of Use
These terms apply to askinghour.com and the services offered on it. Use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Nature of the content
The site presents Da Liu Ren and other traditional Chinese systems of divination and astrology for study and research. Charts, articles, and judgments state what these systems hold. They are not factual predictions and do not constitute professional advice. Decisions concerning health, law, finance, or personal safety should be made in consultation with a suitably qualified professional.
AI judgment
AI judgment is generated by an artificial intelligence system from the chart and the question submitted, and may contain errors. Questions concerning medical treatment, legal proceedings, investments, or lifespan are not judged. This section applies from the date on which the service opens.
Payments
Paid services, once open, are priced in US dollars and paid through Stripe. Prices are stated before purchase. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout according to the buyer's location and added to the price. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, copyright in the content of the site belongs to Asking Hour Inc. The original texts of classical Chinese works are in the public domain; copyright in the translations published on the site belongs to Asking Hour Inc.
Acceptable use
The site may not be used for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the operation of its services, or to collect its content by automated means that place a burden on the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Asking Hour Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
